President, CEO & Director
Bryan Wallner has served as the Company's interim CEO since June 2, 2016 and has over 27 years of parking industry experience across North America. Mr. Wallner began his parking career in 1987 as a parking operations manager and ultimately was appointed President and Chief Operations Officer of Imperial Parking (Impark). Under his tenure, Impark grew into one of the largest parking management companies in North America with in excess of 2,000 leased/managed parking locations, consisting of more than 400,000 parking spaces, in over 25 markets throughout Canada and the United States. As COO of Impark, Mr. Wallner oversaw gross revenue growth of 233%. Mr. Wallner was part of the management team that took Impark public in 2000 and then completed a privatization of the company in 2005.
Following the restructuring of Impark in 2009, Mr. Wallner consulted in the parking industry for the duration of his non-compete agreement with Impark before joining Standard Parking as a senior executive responsible for strategic planning, key account management and acquisition integration. Most recently, Mr. Wallner undertook the role of CEO at the Roofing Contractors Association of British ColumbiaRoofing Contractors Association of British Columbia.
Mr. Wallner is a director of the Company and is also a director of Pacific Parklands Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of Metro Vancouver's regional parks.
JOANNE ODETTE, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois)
JoAnne Odette, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois), has over 25 years of financial experience both in Canada and internationally. Since moving to Vancouver in 2010, JoAnne has worked with several public companies in senior financial roles.
JoAnne began her career with Deloitte in Edmonton before accepting an opportunity to work with EY in Bermuda. She then spent 14 years working in both Bermuda and the U.S. in progressive roles to Vice President Accounting for a large international group of companies.
Chairman of the Board, Director
Mr. Dunkley is a Co-Founder, Co-CEO and Portfolio Manager at Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd., a Toronto-based alternative asset manager with approximately $1.2 billion in assets under management. Prior to co-founding Waratah in 2010, Mr. Dunkley spent 12 years at Gluskin Sheff + Associates. Mr. Dunkley has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was the gold medal recipient and is a CFA® charterholder. Mr. Dunkley is a board member of Beautiful World Canada and a trustee of the Dunkley Charitable Foundation.
Mr. Delaney is the president of Concord Investment Partners, an investment company focused on listed equities and real estate investment. Prior thereto, Mr. Delaney spent five years working for a Toronto based real estate developer and a Toronto based lender. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Delaney trained and practiced as an architect at the University of Toronto and Diamond and Schmitt Architects. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2016. Mr. Delaney has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Acadia University.
AVROHOM Y. (AVI) GELLER
Since 2017, Mr. Geller has served as Chief Investment Officer of Leonite Capital, a family investment office co-founded by Mr. Geller which focuses on real estate and capital markets. Mr. Geller also serves as a director on the board of Dealflow Financial Products and as chairman of Axios Mobile Assets. Prior to thereto, Mr. Geller was Chief Operating Officer at FirstFire Capital, a small cap focused hedge fund from 2015-2016, as well as a research analyst at FireRock Capital from 2012-2015.
Mr. Goldman has spent more than 13 years in the investment industry having held senior roles on both the buy-side and sell-side of Bay Street. Pace worked for several years in both equity research and equity sales, and as an institutional investor focused on public and private equity in the Real Estate and other Hard Asset sectors. Pace and his team has raised in excess of $1 billion of new equity capital for more than 20 publicly traded Real Estate companies. Mr. Goldman graduated from York University with a Bachelor degree in Science with a specialization in Applied Mathematics (1996) and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University with a combined specialization in Finance and Real Estate (1999). He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA Charter) in 2002. Mr. Goldman is a principal of Silvercove Capital (Canada).
Mr. Norowitz is the Vice President of Finance at Turnbridge Equities, a New York City based, privately-held full service real estate investment and development firm. Prior thereto, Mr. Norowitz was the Controller for 54 Madison Partners, a New York City based real estate private equity investment vehicle, where he was responsible for all finance, operations, and accounting functions for their real estate fund and properties. Prior thereto, Mr. Norowitz worked for Och-Ziff Real Estate, where he focused on finance, accounting, operations, and asset management functions for their real estate investments. He started his career with KPMG LLP, where he managed financial statement audits of private equity and alternative investment entities. Mr. Norowitz received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
SHONI BERNARD, LL.B
Ms. Bernard has been a practicing lawyer since 1983 and a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. She obtained a B. Soc. Sc. degree from the University of Ottawa in 1979 and an LL.B. degree in 1983. Her focus is on the public company regulatory environment.
